Procura v8.2 Upgrade Status

--------------The Database and Citrix portion of the Procura v8.2 Upgrade is complete--------------

POC Upgrade Instructions

Step 1: Check that Global Protect is connected

Step 2: Click this link to download the upgrade application

Step 3: Click "Save As" and Save to your desktop

Step 4: Right Click the File and Run as Administrator

Step 5: Press Enter to reboot the computer to complete the upgrade.

Step 6: Disable Global Protect

Step 7: Login to Procura

Step 8: Click "Yes" to connect to Point of Care Server

Step 9: Click "Yes" to do a maintenance sync"

Step 10: Say "Yes" to download any additional data (Therapists)

Step 11: Update your environment options to show all clients

If you are experiencing issues after upgrading your POC and you have followed up with your ISSU for assistance, please follow the instructions below to fix the issues.

Step 1: Check that Global Protect is connected

Step 2: Logout out of Procura

Step 3: Click here

Step 4: Click "Save As" and Save to your desktop

Step 5: Right Click the File and Run as Administrator

Step 6: Press Enter to reboot the computer to complete the fix.

Step 7: Disable Global Protect
